I was almost sure I was seeing the DELIGHT ghost this morning. It was coming up the stairs before 8:00am. But it was really her. I was shocked but excited to see her so early and feeling so good after a LONG day yesterday.
The DELIGHT-O-METER is at a 10 again today. Hopefully it will stay stuck on 10.
She said that she did not even have to get up and get in the chair last night!! She only woke up once and slept until about 6:30 this morning.
Donations keep coming for Delight. The total is now over $6,000.00. I know this will be a tremendous help to them. If you have ever been through anything like this you know that the expenses are great. With them not knowing how long they will have to stay in Houston, this money is a blessing to them.

The outcome of the bake sale is awesome. What a blessing to have so many loving and caring friends. I am sure you are feeling all the love and positive thoughts and prayers. It's so good to hear you are feeling.

Oops - look over the mistakes.
That bake sale was so much fun. Delight was like a princess (and I do not want to be unthroned) visiting with everyone. I think that if we had 10 times more than we had, we would have sold that too. Delight and Terry Joe, you are soooooo loved!! This is only a token of the emotion that is being sent to you every day. I read what other people post, and think, "Oh, I feel that way too, I wish I had told them that" So just know that every time you read something, it could be signed by any one of us and be heartfelt. (Except for all the mean stuff Kaye, Sheila, and Donna Stauter say about me.)

Sorry I missed the bake sale yesterday. I was SO looking forward to some home baked goodies!!! Please let us know if there is another one on the horizon.

I definitely agree with Kaye. Delight is for sure at a 10+. The full night's rest did her wonders and it is good to know she doesn't have to take as much medication for pain. She and I had a great trip to Texarkana today. We chattered like old ladies (which we are not, well at least Delight isn't) all the way there and back. Thank you Delight for allowing me to drive you. When all of this radiation stuff is over we may just have to schedule trips to Texarkana to shop and of course eat!!! I am thrilled about the bake sale too. Just goes to show you how many people love you and Terry Joe. I agree with Lisa that everything everyone else says I "ditto". Love you, Sheila
